Wenzhou Medical University established in the year 1912. Wenzhou Medical University is one of the biggest medical university in China. Wenzhou Medical University was officially renamed Wenzhou Medical University in 2015.Wenzhou Medical University is situated in Wenzhou which is spread along the coast in south eastern Zhejiang Province, the city of Wenzhou is the economic, social, and communications center in southern Zhejiang. It recognized by WHO, MCI, and many more international professional groups. Wenzhou University has formed into a huge scale, a well-managed comprehensive university with good teaching staff. The university has 3 campuses which is covering an area of about 800,000-meter square(73 hectare) with flooring space of 460,000-meter square. The main campus of the university is located at Chashan University Town of Wenzhou. It is one of those universities which is having an advanced system of education, and it trains students with the help of updated education technology of medical study. The university embraces the high-tech methods of practical medicine that empower students to be focused, competitive and flexible in the world market.

Library The university has a libraries in the campus with more than 1.5 million volume comprising of 0.792 million paper volumes and 0.958 million digital volume etc. It covers and area of more than 25,000 square meter with the seating capacity of 1,200 people at a time.

  • Basic Amenities: - There are a lot of facilities in the hostel for the students as they are providing the well-furnished rooms with WIFI internet facilities to make the student feel comfortable. All the rooms are equipped with necessary amenities like bed, mattress, pillow, desk, chair, heater, lightening, etc which help students to study and relaxation.

There is a checkpoint in front of the entry door of the hostel, students cannot enter or exit without showing their ID cards. Entry and exit id prohibited after 11:00 PM.
